Situated close to Edinburgh Airport, the Aran House Bed and Breakfast is ideally located near many of Central Scotland’s tourist attractions. The property benefits from spectacular views over the spectacular Royal Palace at Linlithgow in West Lothian which is only half a mile distant. At Arran House, the customer is the most important visitor to our premises. They are not dependant on us, we are dependant on them.
Accommodation comprises double and twin guest rooms both with ensuite facilities. Communal areas include the lounge and diningroom both of which benefit from large windows and a panoramic countryside view. For the benefit of all guests Aran House is a No-Smoking guest house. Guests may opt for downstairs bedrooms if mobility is an issue.
Prices range from £25 per person per night rising to £60 per person for the Honeymoon Suite with its Four Poster Bed and spectacular views. Tariffs are inclusive of VAT and Full Scottish or Continental Breakfast served each morning in the diningroom. Other dietary requirements can be accommodated on request.
